金山软件企业无形资产核算与管理研究

摘要：如今已形成一个独立产业的计算机软件诞生于上个世纪五十年代的美国。软件产业的发展历程是从小到大、从无到有，最终成为我国信息产业的核心。以会计人员的视角来看，在社会总资产中，无形资产的比重显著提升。如聚集着知识以及智慧的商标权等等，均属于无形资产，其在企业之中的比例与日俱增，甚至将要占据企业首位，远超于固定资产的比重。本文通过对金山软件公司无形资产核算与管理的研究，让人们了解了软件企业的特性以及无形资产的相关知识。此外还可以发现，随着软件企业对无形资产管理的不断加强，能够实现企业竞争以及科技创新能力的提升，并且还能够极大的发挥对国民经济整体发展的推动作用。77180

Abstract： Computer software began in the 1950s in the United States，and now gradually form an independent industry。 The software industry has experienced a development process from scratch, from small to large, and eventually become the core of China's information industry。 From an accounting perspective, the proportion of intangible assets in the whole social assets is significant。 The patents, trademarks and other intangible assets gathering wisdom and knowledge are growing day by day in many enterprises and their proportion is even far more than the ratio of fixed assets ranking first in the enterprises。 In this paper, through the study of the accounting and management of intangible assets of Kingsoft Corp, it makes people understand the characteristics of the software enterprise and the related knowledge of intangible assets。 At the same time points out that strengthening the enterprise intangible asset management software, help to improve software enterprise technology innovation ability and competition ability, and to further promote the development of the whole national economy is of great significance。
