摘要： 2015年7月，国务院出台了《关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》，提出当前和今后十年我国“互联网+”发展的目标要求、重点行动和保障支撑。其中，“互联网+”电子商务是十一项“重点行动”之一。为充分发挥淮安市电子商务已经形成的比较的优势，抢抓“互联网+”的难得机遇。本文从淮安市电子商务现状展开调查与分析，找出淮安市电子商务企业中存在的问题与不足。并且针对淮安电子商务企业存在的问题，提出相应的措施和建议。71546
