摘 要：存货管理，在企业成本管理中占据着重要地位。正常情况下的企业，都无可避免的存在着存货管理的问题。例如存货数量与市场供需关系不一致，存货多时，市场需求少，造成存货积压；反之，存货少时，市场需求量大，不利于企业增加销售收入。因此，只有全面做好了存货管理，才能使企业向前向上去发展。本文以万科集团公司的存货为案例，分析该集团存货管理的现状，然后找到万科集团在存货管理方面所存在的问题。接着分析问题出现的原因并根据结合万科集团的实际情况，探寻出适合万科集团公司发展的合理化建议，使万科集团在存货管理的方面得以优化。93439

Abstract: The inventory of inventories occupy an important position in the enterprise inventory management, the normal operation of enterprises, problems inevitably inventory management。 Such as the number of stock market supply and demand with inconsistent stock for a long time, less market demand, resulting in inventory backlog, whereas inventories low, market demand, not conducive to increased sales revenue。 Therefore, only the overall cost of doing inventory management, so that enterprises can move forward upward。 Taking the inventory of Vanke Group as the case, this paper analyzes the current situation of the group’s inventory management and then it lists the problems that Vanke has in terms of inventory management。 Next, it analyzes the reasons why these problems occur and explores reasonable suggestions for the development of the group by taking into account of the practical conditions, thus helping Vanke to achieve optimization in inventory management。
