摘  要：一个企业要想得到长久的发展，就必须要拥有一定的营运资金风险防范意识，确保企业能够进行正常的生产经营。在企业的营运过程之中，营运资金的风险来自方方面面，要想可以找到应对营运资金风险的对策，则必须要在结合相关理论的基础之上对本企业的营运资金风险进行全方位的分析和识别。本文将以海尔集团作为主要的研究对象，在对海尔集团的营运资金风险进行分析和识别的基础之上，分析应对海尔集团营运资金风险的对策。希望不仅可以为业界对于营运资金风险的研究进行一定的理论丰富，也可以为海尔集团在日后营运的过程中防范营运资金风险提供一定的理论参考。92838
