企业资本结构及其优化研究

摘要本论文主要研究有哪些因素影响企业的资本结构，从上市公司处收集数据，利用spss软件进行逐步回归线性分析得出结论。论文首先从现有的资本结构理论着手，利用单因素分析法，得出了行业是影响企业资本结构的一个重要的因素，在后期的研究中分行业进行分析，选取了具有代表性的两个行业：房地产业和制造业，利用线性回归的方法发现不同的行业与各指标间的正负关系，最后根据研究得出的结论，给出一定具有参考价值的建议。本文的创新之处在于不仅分析了资本结构的影响因素，而且进行了不同行业的对比分析。86249

The Study on Capital Structure and its Optimization of Chinese Cormpanies

Abstract This paper mainly studies what are the factors affect the capital structure of the enterprise, to gather data from the listed company。Carries on the regression linear analysis using SPSS software to draw the conclusion。The results of the study:We first based on the predecessors' capital structure theory, using the single factor analysis method, it is concluded that the industry is an important factor of the capital structure of the enterprise,Then take the pisions in the back of the study, the method of selecting the representative two sectors: real estate and manufacturing industry,By using the method of linear regression found that different industries with various indicators of the positive and negative relationship between different, finally this article the research content of the conclusion above, and give the advice。The innovation of this article lies in not only analyzed the influence factors of capital structure, and has carried on the comparative analysis of different industries。

0 引言

随着经济的发展，人们对资本结构的关注也变得日益重视起来，一个企业资本机构的是否合理将对企业的各方面的指标有很大影响，比如股东权益，资产负债率，盈利能力，成长性等。现在社会中企业可以通过多种方式进行融资，这将导致企业资本结构比例的改变，而企业资本结构在很大程度上决定着企业的偿债能力和再融资能力，它是企业财务状况的一项重要指标[1]。一个企业最优的资本结构可以降低它的融资成本，更好的发挥企业中的财务杠杆作用，使得企业能够获得更大的收益。因此资本结构是否达到最优将是我们研究的一个重点。受到内部因素和外部因素的影响，不合理的资本结构可能表现为负债占有比例过高或是资产占有比例过高，当然以发行股票方式进行融资来获取资金的则可能表现为股权结构不合理[2]。在接下来的研究中，本文将用是实证分析的方法来分析以求得出结论。企业资本结构及其优化研究:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_102516.html
