摘要深孔加工是指加工长度和直径之比大于5的孔,由于一些技术问题尚未解决,至今它仍是影响金属切削加工中的重要工序。深孔加工的质量的好坏将直接影响被加工零件的性能,而深孔加工时切削参数的选择又会影响到深孔加工的质量和效率。51273

本课题首先分析了机身零件的加工特征,利用建模软件ProE建立三维模型,再对机身零件加工时的工艺进行了分析,尤其对深孔加工的方式进行了研究,分析了刀具对加工质量的影响。接着利用正交试验设计方法,对已有的切削用量参数进行了规划和分组,在不影响试验结果的准确度的同时,大大简化了试验的迭代次数。其中切削速度为20~24m/min,进给量为0.1~0.3mm/r。利用正交试验设计方法将这两个因素设计成两变量三水平正交表,共9组仿真试验。最后利用有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D,对机身零件的深孔特征进行了钻削仿真,得出加工过程中应力、应变、温度场等的分部情况,同时对这些结果做出合理的解释,以便给实际加工时提出指导意义。

 Abstract Deep hole machining is refer to the ratio of the length and diameter is greater than five,with some technical problems unresolved,it is still an important process in machining of metals till now.The quality of deep hole processing will directly affects  the performance of machining parts,while the selection of the cutting parameters will affect the quality and efficiency of the deep hole during machining.

We firstly analyzed the characteristics of body parts in this topic,and created 3D model by using the modeling software ProE,then,analyzed the processes of machining the body parts of the diesel,especially discussed the manner of the deep hole machining and the influence of cutting tools on the processing quality.Secondly,we used orthogonal experimental design to plan the cutting parameters and pide into groups.It reduced the number of iterations,at the same time,not to affect the degree of accurancy of the experiment.The velocity of cutting varied from 20 to 24m/min and feed rate from 0.1 to 0.3mm/r.We created a two variables and three levels orthogonal table by using the orthogonal experimental design,which totaled nine groups of simulation.At last we conducted the drilling simulation of the body part of the diesel with the software of finite element analysis that called DEFORM-3D,which worked out the stress,strain and temperature field and so on.At the same time,we made a reasonable explanation of these results in order to give guide to the actual processing.
