摘要伺服阀芯是阀体借助它的移动来实现方向控制、压力控制或流量控制的基本功能的阀类零件。但是用传统方式加工伺服阀芯不可避免的会出现毛刺。毛刺的产生会使噪声增加,增多耗油量,传动会不平稳,载荷分布也会不均匀,传递运动不准确等一系列问题。因此去毛刺是一种不可或缺的工序。如果能够按照标准,很精准的将毛刺加工到理想的精度,那么对于阀芯来说,不仅直接增加零件本身的精度和外观质量,同时还会增加整个产品的使用性能和寿命。本论文对于阀芯去毛刺方法和去毛刺设备问题进行了深入研究,并研制了相应的自动去毛刺装置。50904

本论文主要内容:

1、 设计出硬件系统。通过相关计算,设计同步去毛刺硬件系统的结构设计,绘制装置的装配图、主要部件和零件详细结构图;

2、 设计检测识别系统。分析毛刺检测时信号特征,得出该信号的分析方法,从而检测出毛刺;

3、 设计微进给系统。微进给系统采用压电陶瓷驱动,柔性铰链作为导轨,用刚度、分辨率和响应速度较高的微进给工作台实现微量进给,完成去毛刺;

4、设计控制系统。利用单片机作为主控系统,主要控制用伺服电机和滚珠丝杠来实现Y方向的进给,和用高刚度、高分辨率和高响应速度的微进给工作台实现X方向的微量进给以及整个毛刺的检测过程。最后加上人机接口模块来和外界相连。

该装置和传统去毛刺装置相比,不仅大大减少了工人的劳动量,而且还增加了去毛刺的精度,可以将毛刺的大小控制在2~4um以内,这是传统去毛刺装置所不能比拟的。

Abstract

Servo valve is the valve parts which with the help of the movement of the valve body to achieve the control of direction, pressure and flow. If we use the traditional methods, it will lead to a burr. The burr will pose a series of problems such as the generated burrs will increase the noise, increase oil consumption, transmission will not be smooth, and the movement of transmission can not accurate and so on. So the deburring is an indispensable process. If we can follow the standard and precision machining, we can increase the precision of the part itself ,we can also increase the quality of appearance .At the same time ,it will increase the using performance and the life of the entire product.. 

  This thesis consists of four chapters:

  1.Design a hardware system. Make a synchronous deburring hardware system structure design. Set up a assembly diagram. and a detailed structure diagram of main components and parts.

2、Design the automatic recognition system. Analysis of signal characteristics, when inspecting burr to find out the analytic-al method so that we can detect the burr.

3、Design the micro-feeding system. The micro-feeding system using a piezoelectric ceramic drive, flexible hinge as a guide, Using the stiffness resolution and micro feed platform with high speed of response to achieve micro feed to complete the deburring.

4、Design a control system. Using single chip microcomputer as the master control system, main control with servo motor and ball screw feed to realize Y direction, and with high stiffness, high resolution and high response speed of micro feed table to realize micro feed of X direction and the burr of the testing process. Finally combined with man-machine interface module connected to the outside world.

Compared with the traditional burring device, the labors are greatly reduced, the accuracy of the deburring in increased. The size of the burrs can be controlled within 2 ~ 4 um.
