摘要焊接设备是以节约消耗在装配、辅助和附加作业中的时间,和提高焊接效率和质量为目的的机械设备,在焊接为主要工艺的制造过程中起着重要的作用。分析了焊接反应罐环形焊缝的机械装置的工作原理,研究并设计整体传动系统的布局、结构分析,并三维造型。在满足各部件自身的强刚度条件后,布局上互不干涉,空间分配,结构安排,以及不常接触的传动设计分析对本科阶段的学习做了很好的补充。通过调研,了解了国内外在焊接设备领域中存在的问题和发展现状,其中由于总传动比过大导致的设备效率偏低和不同方向进给的电气控制有待于进一步的努力。作为焊件生产周期中提高效率最关键的措施,合理地设计并广泛地应用焊接辅助设备对实际生产有着重大的现实意义。49753

Abstract Welding equipment is the kind of machine that aimed at saving the consumption in the assembly, support and additional time for operations, and improve the efficiency and quality, which also plays an important role in the manufacturing process in which welding is the main process. This subject mainly analyses the working principle of mechanical device which is applies to the welding reaction jug of annular weld. Study and design the layout of the overall drive system, structural analysis, and three-dimensional modeling. After meeting the stiffness and strength of each part, mutual non-interference in the layout, space allocation, structural arrangements, the transmission usually infrequent contacted does a very good supplement to the undergraduate studies. Through the investigation and research, understanding the problems and current status in the fiele of welding equipment domestic and internationally. The inefficiency which owing to the large total transmission ratio, feed in different directions and the electrical control needs further efforts. As the key of improving efficiency measures in welding production cycle, welding auxiliary equipment will have a great practical significance if it is reasonable.
