摘要六维车轮力传感器测量系统,测试项指标满足SAE 坐标系统的要求。能够快速测量车轮子受到的三方向力和三方向力矩。对轮力传感器的弹性体进行动力学仿真和分析,是研究其可靠性、寻求最佳设计方案的主要手段。由于车轮在行驶过程中载荷情况较为复杂,采用经典力学的计算方法往往有很大的局限性,因此采用有限元方法对车轮力传感器弹性体进行应力及应变分析,确定弹性体的几何尺寸及设计要求。从不同角度对弹性体结构优化展开了研究,优化结果提高了传感器的某些性能指标,而对传感器综合性能指标而言,优化效果并不明显,实用性不高。另外,弹性体结构简化及模型建立对优化结果的影响等方面仍有不少值得商榷的问题。49632

From different angles on the structure of elastomer optimization, and the optimization results improve the performance of some of the sensor, and comprehensive performance index of sensor is concerned, the optimization effect is not obvious, practicability is not high. In addition, simple structure and model elastomer to the effect of the optimization results there are still many questionable problem.

Taking a company's wheel force sensor as the research object. The first based on Ansys modeling, mesh, loading analysis, based on the optimization design. Second that the optimization results. So as to improve the sensor has high measuring sensitivity.
