摘要利用MATLAB优化工具箱对两级行星齿轮传动机构进行多目标优化设计,利用多目标优化的方法,以体积(重量)最小、传递效率最高作为优化目标,建立两个目标函数;并编写多个约束函数和命令窗口调用优化程序来建立多目标优化数学模型。结合算例,给出最优参数求解步骤以及所用方法的特点,为两级行星齿轮传动机构优化设计提供指导。优化后,根据优化目标比较各种方案,从而选择最佳优化方案。根据最佳方案的各个主参数,利用Pro/E三维软件,通过参数化建模的方法,建立两级行星齿轮减速器各零部件的数学模型,并将其各个零部件按照合理顺序装配起来,做两级行星齿轮的运动仿真分析,得出最终结果。48809

Abstract Explored the use of MATLAB optimization toolbox for multi-objective optimization design of the two2stage planetary gear transmission mechanism, to reduce its volume(weight) and improve transmission efficiency were optimization objectives, a multi-objective optimization mathematical model was established. With the example, the steps for the optimal parameters and the characteristics of the methods were given to guide optimization design of the two2stageplanetarygear transmission mechanism. After optimization, Pro/E of 3 d software, through the parameterized modeling method, establishes the secondary planet gear reducer of parts of mathematical model, and the various components together, doing exercise simulation analysis, to obtain the result. In this paper the paper describes in detail the secondary planet gear reducer drive system optimization method and modeling process and movement simulation analysis results. Optimization, build on volume, the efficiency of the two target function, and more restraint function and calls to ensure the optimization program multi-objective optimization of feasibility. Modeling process, make full use of the optimization results, parametric model building, and assembly, notice the two parts connection conditions and restrained mode.
