摘要一种热风炉的设计,该热风炉加热还原气体通入转底炉,为转底炉提供高温的还原气体。该热风炉结合了电阻炉的特点,用电热的方法来达到1000℃以上的温度,电热元件选用硅碳棒。硅碳棒用垂直安装的方法均匀的分布在炉膛的四周。电炉的热效率高,不需要助燃气体,使炉内气氛洁净,又可以实现精确的控温,炉内温度场均匀,温度波动范围小。同时电热功率可以方便地调节,所以易于调节温度,容易实现自动化控制。该热风炉的换热管选用先进的材料固溶强化镍基抗氧化合金(GH3044),在900℃以下具有高的塑性和中等的热强性,并具有优良的抗氧化性和良好的冲压、焊接工艺性能。为保证换热量,在换热管内铺设蓄热体,蓄热体采用高性能的刚玉球。刚玉在高温下绝缘性能好,不易与电热体发生化学反应,抗还原气氛作用强,使用温度可达到1700℃以上。在硅碳棒和换热管之间设计了一个开孔的高铝管,用于保护换热管,防止换热管在长时间的高温下发生损坏。高铝制品的高温化学稳定性好,使用温度为1400~1600℃。硅碳棒外有两层炉衬,内层为高铝管,外层为硅酸铝纤文毡。耐火纤文是一种新型耐火保温材料。它重量轻,耐高温,导热系数低,比热容小,蓄热少,耐热冲击,是一种柔性材料。硅酸铝纤文毡则是电加热炉最合适的耐火纤文。本说明书内容包括:炉体主要尺寸的确定、炉体材料的选择、热平衡计算、加热功率计算、传热面积计算和经济核算。附加图纸包括:热风炉总装配图、换热管图、炉膛内管图、炉膛外管图、硅碳棒罩图、炉架图、炉壳图、炉口砖图和热风炉砖型图。7219

Abstract
A design of hot blast stove used for heating reducing gas which flowing towards rotary hearth furnace. The hot blast stove is a combination of the characteristics of the resistance furnace,with electric heating to achieve temperature above 1000 ℃,and silicon carbide rod is adopted to be electric heating element. Silicon carbon rod with vertical installation method is evenly distributed around the perimeter of the furnace. The thermal efficiency of resistance furnace is high, no combustion-supporting gas, making the atmosphere clean. The furnace can realize accurate temperature control, has temperature uniformity, and the temperature range is small. Electric power can be easily adjusted, as so as the temperature, and easy to realize automation control. The heat exchange tube of the hot blast stove adopt the advanced solid solution strengthening anti-oxidation nickel-based alloy(GH3044), said GH3044 has high plasticity and moderate heat intensity under 900 ℃, and with excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding performance. In order to ensure the heat, lay regenerator in the heat exchange tube with high performance corundum ball. Corundum has excellent insulation performance in a high temperature, not easy to react with the electric heating body, resistance strongly to reducing atmosphere effect, the operating temperature can reach more than 1700 ℃. Designed a foraminiferous high aluminum tube between the silicon carbon rod and the heat exchange tube protecting the heat exchange tube, and prevent the heat exchange tube damage under high temperature for a long period of time. High aluminum material has excellent high-temperature chemical stability, and the operating  temperature is between  1400 ~ 1600℃. The Silicon carbon rod has two layers of lining, lining is high aluminum tube and the outer layer is aluminum silicate fiber felt. Refractory fibre is a new type of refractory insulation materials. The Refractory fibre has a light weight, high temperature resistance and low thermal conductivity, its specific heat capacity and heat storage capacity are small, is a kind of flexible material.
