摘要     扇形装药是应用于展开式定向战斗部的一种装药结构,由于起爆方式和装药结构对破片飞散有着重要的影响,带来的毁伤效果也不同,所以本文首先用初速公式和破片飞散角定义,理论性的分析了破片飞散特性,其次利用有限元分析软件对破片飞散过程进行研究了,对比分析了起爆方式及夹层装药对扇形装药结构破片飞散特性的影响,通过改变起爆点位置和夹层装药结构中高爆速药的厚度,总结得到了各设计参量对破片飞散空间分布和速度分布的影响规律。最后,通过驱动破片飞散试验研究验证了数值仿真的可靠性,并得到相关结论。 研究结果显示,通过设置多点起爆或夹层装药可以有效改变扇形装药结构的破片飞散特性。多点起爆不会改变有效破片率(在定义的杀伤局域内破片占总数的百分比),但随着起爆点距圆心距离的增加,破片平均速度和有效破片的平均速度均降低。而夹层装药结构不仅可以提高有效破片率,还可提高破片平均速度和有效破片的平均速度,随着高爆速药厚度的增加,有效破片率下降,平均速度和有效破片的平均速度先增后减。   41600

   Title    Study of  Prefabricated  Fragments  Scattering  Control  by Fan Shape Structure  
Abstract: Sector charge is  one charge  structure , which  applied to the  Aimed Warhead. Initiation modes  and charge  structure  have  important effect  to  fragments scattering,  then bring  different  damage benefits , so this paper  firstly  use  formulas and muzzle velocity and angle of fragments scattering which was defined, theoretical analysis of the  characteristics of  fragment ejection,  then, characteristics of  fragment ejection  was  studied  by  finite element software. Herein, comparative analysis initiation modes and mezzanine charge which have an impact on the characteristics of Fragment ejection of the sector charge structure. By  change  the initiation point position and  varying  the  thickness of  the high explosive in mezzanine charge structure, with summary,various design parameters influence of spatial and velocity distributions of the fragments scattering  has been found. Finally, lethality comprehensive experimental research was adopted to verify the reliability of numerical simulation, and received relevant conclusions.  Research shows  that,  by setting the multi-point initiation or mezzanine charge can  have  effectively change  to  the fragments scattering characteristics  of the sector charge structure.  Multi-point initiation  does not change  the  effective fragmentation rate(A percentage of fragments which in Localized Damage), but with increasing distance from the initiation point, the average velocity and effective fragmentation  average velocity  decline.  Mezzanine charge  structure  herein  not only increased the  effective  fragmentation rate  but also  increased  average velocity  and  effective fragmentation average velocity.  With the increase of the thickness of high explosive, the  effective fragmentation rate decline,    average velocity  and  effective fragmentation average velocity  decrease after an initial increase.
