摘要：本课题是设计熨斗型鞋刷注塑模模具。对鞋刷塑件进行测绘、数据记录，绘制出相对应的二文图。再应用Pro/E三文设计软件建造立体模型，而且应用Pro/E进行熨斗型鞋刷注塑模模具设计。其中有分型面的设计、侧向抽芯机构的设计，并设计出对应的模架、浇口、流道等。最后，根据前面的数据及Pro/E的模具设计结果。结合生产实际，对模架中的零部件进行加工。最后运用AutoCAD软件绘制出熨斗型鞋刷注塑模模具装配图。37727

Abstract: This paper is an iron-type shoe mold injection mold design. Mapping the plastic parts of the shoe, the data record, draw the corresponding two-dimensional map. Then apply the Pro / E design software to build three-dimensional models, and the application of Pro / E were Iron-type shoe mold design and injection molding. Wherein a parting surface design, lateral extracting core design agencies and design the corresponding mold, runner, runner and so on. Finally, based on previous data and mold design results on Pro / E, combined with the actual production of the mold is corrected using AutoCAD software to draw an iron-type shoe mold
