【摘  要】  据调查显示机械设备的故障有很大一部分是由传动部分发生故障导致。齿轮就是一种被广泛应用的传动元件,因其结构的复杂性和工作环境的恶劣使齿轮故障频频发生,而齿轮故障实验平台可以对齿轮的运行状态进行实时监测与故障诊断,从而及时发现甚至避免齿轮故障的发生,所以研究设计齿轮故障实验平台具有十分重要的现实意义。33254
本文对齿轮的几种典型故障进行分析研究,从而设计齿轮故障实验平台。文中设计的实验平台主要由硬件和软件两部分组成,硬件部分包括电动机、齿轮箱、磁粉制动器、传感器、数据采集卡、计算机,其中着重于齿轮箱的设计;软件部分主要是运用已有的软件对采集到数据进行分析处理及显示。本文设计的齿轮故障实验平台对典型故障进行模拟分析,以便于更好地对齿轮故障进行检测,从而有效地降低设备故障的发生。

 Gear Failure’s Experimental Platform.
[Abstract]  The various parts of machinery equipment link so closely that any wrong with a component may lead to the failure of the entire production line. Therefore, it is very important to have real-time fault monitoring of mechanical equipment. According to the survey, a large part of the machinery and equipments’ failures are caused by the failure of transmission. And gear is a kind of transmission element which is widely used,but gear fault occur frequently because of its complex structure and poor work conditions. The gear fault experimental platform can make real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis for running gear so as to detect or even avoid gear failure’s occurring. So it has great realistic significance for studying and designing gear failure’s experimental platform.
This paper analyzes and studies several typical gear failures in order to design gear fault experiment platform. The experimental platform designed in this paper consists of hardware and software. The hardware includes an electric motor, gear box, magnetic brakes, sensors, data acquisition card and computer, and focuses on the design of gearbox; the software part is to analyze and process the collected data by using the existing software. The gear fault experimental platform in this paper makes the simulation analysis in order to better gear fault detection and reduce the typical faults’ occurring effectively.
