The modal analysis of the frame can analyze the relationship between the natural frequency of pavement and the frequency of the frame, and then improve the frame.. This is the finite element static analysis do not have.
Based on the structural design, finite element static analysis and modal analysis, the assembly drawing and parts chart of the frame is finished.

第1章 绪论
1.1 概述
半挂车，是随着现代运输发展而出现的一种运输车辆，是适应运输发展的一种从全挂车改进车型。可以通过牵引销与车架连接与脱开，实现车与车架分离的一种特种车辆。其结构示意图如图1-1所示

半挂车的车架是整个半挂车的骨架，连接着各个汽车总成和主要重量，可以说车架设计的是否合理直接影响车架使用过程中的主要性能。车架应保证足够的强度与刚度，不能在使用过程中发生塌腰、断裂等严重事故，必须保证安装在车架上的各个结构总成在车架允许的变形过程中能正常工作，不至于过早的失效。在现在的运输大环境下，谁的车架更轻，谁就能更多的获得效益，同时还能避免超载的情况发生，增长车架使用寿命。而这些就归功于车架轻量化设计。轻量化设计则需要运用有限元进行分析。 半挂汽车车架结构设计及有限元分析+CAD图纸(2):http://www.youerw.com/jixie/lunwen_28493.html
