摘要:Pro/ENGINEER是美国参数技术公司(PTC)推出的全参数化大型三文CAD/CAM一体化通用软件包。
Pro/ENGINEER第一个提出了参数化设计的概念,并且采用了单一数据库来解决特征的相关性问题。另外,它采用模块化方式,用户可以根据自身的需要进行选择,而不必安装所有模块。Pro/E的基于特征方式,能够将设计至生产全过程集成到一起,实现并行工程设计。它不但可以应用于工作站,而且也可以应用到单机上。   
Pro/ENGINEER采用了模块方式,可以分别进行草图绘制、零件制作、装配设计、钣金设计、加工处理等,保证用户可以按照自己的需要进行选择使用。
此设计中主要利用Pro/E软件,来完成齿轮油泵三文建模设计。齿轮油泵设计主要从零件设计、零件校核、零件建模、装配设计几个方面展开。建立运动机构模型,进行机构的干涉分析,跟踪零件的运动轨迹,分析机构中零件的速度、加速度、作用力、反作用力和力矩等,并用动画、图形、表格等多种形式输出结果,其分析结果可指导修改零件的结构设计或调整零件的材料。设计的更改可以反映到装配模型中,再重新进行分析,一旦确定优化方案,设计更改就可直接反映到装配模型中。此外还可以将零部件在复杂运动情况下的复杂载荷情况直接输出到主流有限元分析软件中以做出正确的强度和结构分析。5684

Three-dimensional modeling of the gear pump design
Abstract:Pro/ENGINEER is the large-scale three-dimensional CAD/CAM integration generic packages of fully parametric launched by the Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC).
Pro/ENGINEER is the first one to propose the concept of parametric design, and use a single database to solve the related problems of characteristics. In addition, it uses a modular approach, the user can choose according to their needs, without having to install all modules. Pro/E is based on the way of characteristics that can integrate the design to the whole production process to achieve concurrent engineering design. It can not only be applied to workstations, but also can be applied to a single machine.
Pro / ENGINEER uses a modular fashion that can sketching, parts production, assembly design, sheet metal design, processing, and to ensure that users can choose to use according to their needs.
The main advantage of this design is Pro/E software which is used to complete the three-dimensional modeling design of gear pump. Model the motion mechanism model, analysis the interference of agencies, tracking the trajectory of the parts, analysts the speed, acceleration, force, reaction force and torque of parts, and output the results by animation, graphics, tables, and other forms, the analysis results can guide the structure of the modified part design or adjust parts of the material. The changes of the design can be reflected in the assembly model and re-analysis, once the optimization program is determined, changes of design can be directly reflected in the assembly model.
