摘要舵机在船舶和航天方面应用十分广泛。首先在航空航天方面,各种导弹的偏航,滚转,俯仰等一些复杂的运动都是靠舵机之间相互配合而完成的;在船舶方面,船舶上的一种大甲板机械都是舵机,它主要控制着船舶的运行方向。在航天领域,飞行器整体的性能都会受到舵机系统性能的直接影响,并且舵机加载系统具有良好的可控性、无破坏性、操作简单方便和全天候的特点,总的来说在研究生产中舵机的伺服系统可以分为液压舵机系统,气动舵机系统和电动舵机系统三类[1]。本论文设计了一种新的直线气动舵机系统的加载结构方式,通过给定的主要技术指标选择出相应的电机和传感器等,然后根据设计要求合理布局,原理就是通过将伺服电动机的旋转运动经滚珠丝杠变为直线运动从而使得摆杆运动在一定的范围内。首先,论文给出了该直线舵机加载实验台的的几种设计方案,然后根据要求选定其中一个方案进行了设计。31357

Abstract
In terms of servo,it has been used in the ship and space widely。First in aerospace aviation, various missiles yaw, roll, pitch and some complex movements are relying on the servos' mutual cooperation. In marine applications, servo is a large deck machinery .It mainly controls the direction of the ship. In the field of aerospace, aircraft overall performance will be directly affected by the servo's system performance, and actuator loading system has the feature of good controllability, non-destructive, simple operation and all-day. Overall the production in the study steering servo system can be pided into hydraulic steering systems, steering systems and electric pneumatic servo system. In this thesis, a new structure of straight-line pneumatic servo loading system has been designed by a given major technical indicators select the corresponding motors and sensors, and rational distribution according to design requirements, the principle is through the rotary motion of the servo motor. After the ball screw into linear motion so that the pendulum moves within a certain range .Firstly, several designs has been given about the bench of the linear actuator. Then one of the programs designed according to the requirements of the selected.
