摘 要:太阳能作为纯净的能源,既是一次能源,又是可再生的能源,有着化石能源无法相提并论的优越性。但太阳能利用效率低和有这局限性这些问题一直阻碍着太阳能技术的发展。而把太阳能运用到军事机械更是必须攻克的难题。设计精确的太阳能板收展机构,可使太阳能采光板的采光率大大的提高,对与提高太阳能利用的效率大大提高,有利于拓宽太阳能的利用领域。在太阳能的工作中,电池板受光面与太阳光线的角度是决定太阳能发电效率的非常关键的因素。装配式野战车如果装上了太阳能板的收展执行机构,就可以在战场上大大的节约能源,从而有可能是我军赢得胜利的关键因素。28992
为了能更好的接受阳光的光线,本设计提出了凸轮机构,和蜗轮蜗杆机构来解决接受光线的角度为题。运用这两个机构来调整太阳光照射角以极高太阳能电池的光电转化率。该系统内部由步进电机工作来实现使太阳能电池板一直处于垂直于太阳光线的角度,来提高太阳能的利用率。由于时间和目前的知识限制,只是进行粗略的角度调整,有较大误差,今后如有机会再进行改进。

In order to better accept the sun light, the design of the cam mechanism is proposed, and the worm mechanism to address the theme of acceptance angle of light. The use of these two institutions to adjust the angle of the sun light at very high photoelectric conversion rate of solar cells. The system consists of an internal stepper motor to achieve the solar cell panel has been in a perpendicular angle to the sun's rays, to improve the utilization of solar energy. 1.1 能源与环保
随着时代的前进,人类社会和经济的发展速度日益增加,但是与此同时人类社会的负担和责任也随之增加。能源是国民经济和社会发展的基础,社会经济发展得越快,人类对能源的需求就越大,利用能源时可能对环境造成较大程度的破坏。目前世界的主要能源是由吸收太阳能的植物经亿万年的演化积累而形成的化石能源,如煤炭、石油、天然气等。正是由于上述原因,世界能源问题日益严峻,表现在如下方面:
1.1.1 能源短缺
