摘要管件液压成形是一种先进的异形管件加工工艺,该工艺在管材内充入高压液体使管材涨形,从而获得所需管件。因其具有产品结构设计灵活、成形性好、能显著减少零件数目和重量、缩减制造过程并降低成本等优点,目前该技术广泛应用于汽车行业来制造一些重量轻、强度高的管状零件。发动机托架是汽车的重要构件,研究发动机托架的液压成形技术在技术上是可行的,同时又是生产领域中急需的。 26672
本文的主要目的是对发动机托架的液压成形进行工艺设计,并以ABAQUS为分析平台,利用有限元数值模拟法,分析三个工艺参数对发动机托架成形过程的影响,进一步优化工艺。利用ABAQUS模拟分析,可以避免不必要的浪费,节省试验时间,进而为制定合理的工艺参数提供理论依据,为实现利用液压成形技术生产发动机托架打下基础。

Title   The design and the optimization of the processing of engine bracket using hydroforming technology                                        
Abstract
The hydroforming technology is an advanced processing technology to produce abnormal tubes. The technology uses high pressure liquid in pipe expanding in order to get the required fittings. The technology is widely used in the automotive industry to manufacture some light,high-strength tubular parts because of its flexibility in the design of product structure, good formability and its advantages of significantly reducing the number and the weight of parts, simplifying the manufacturing process and cutting the cost. Engine bracket is an important component of automobile. Researches on engine bracket using hydroforming technology are technically feasible, and are urgently needed in production.
The main purpose of this paper is to explore the design of engine bracket using hydroforming technology . ABAQUS is used as the analysis platform to analysis the influence of three parameters in the forming process on the engine bracket. The finite element numerical simulation method is used for further optimization. Using ABAQUS in simulation analysis can avoid unnecessary waste and save the testing time, which provides a theoretical basis for setting reasonable technological parameters and provides a foundation for the realization to use hydroforming technology in the production of engine bracket.
