摘要纸袋制袋机分为纸袋制筒机和纸袋糊底机两个部分。本文主要研究纸袋制筒机纸袋切割机构部分。纸袋制筒机是把卷料经过折叠和裁剪加工形成筒状袋。纸袋切割机构是将成筒的纸袋切割成一张张未糊底的纸筒。受南京浪花包装有限公司的委托，设计一款新型的、可靠地、实用的、低成本的纸袋切割机。首先，进行了总体结构设计，包括纸袋路径设计、传动结构设计以及切割刀具设计等。然后，对传动结构中的齿轮、传动轴、轴承的设计、计算及校核。最后，用Solid-Works软件画出切割机构三文立体图和总装配图，并对关键零部件进行三文建模。通过该设计，完成了纸袋切割机构的设计，提高了工程设计能力。25411

Title  Design of Paper Bag Cutting  Mechanism for Paper Bag Cylinder Machine                                   
Abstract
The bag making machine is pided into the two parts of paper bag cylinder machine and paper bag paste machine. This paper mainly studies the cutting mechanism of paper bag cylinder machine.Paper tube making machine is to roll after folding and cutting to from tubular bag.Bag cutting mechanism is a cylindrical bag cut into a paper tube without a paste.Commissioned by Nanjing Langhua Packing Company,design a new ,reliable,practical and low cost of the paper cutting machine.This article first has carried on the overall structural design,including paper path design,design of transmission structure ,design of cutting tool.Then the calculation and check of the structure of the transmission of the gear ,shaft and bearing.Finally,using Solid-Works software to draw a three-dimensional map of the cutting mechanism and the assembly diagram,and the key parts for three-dimensional modeling.Through the design,finished the design of the paper cutting mechanism, and improved the engineering design ability.
