摘要:随着数控外圆磨床、螺纹磨床在机械领域中的逐步发展,使用精密数控修整装置对其砂轮进行及时有效地修整是非常重要的。砂轮的表面精度直接影响到磨削加工中的尺寸精度、圆度及表面粗糙度。本论文简单介绍了成型磨削的特点和发展前景以及分析了砂轮在磨削中保持高精度的重要性,表明了设计本课题的目的和意义。在设计精密数控修整装置时为了保证高精度修整,通过选择各种能够提高精度的设备后,将它们合理的装配在一起,达到了设计的要求。22824
    本次设计采用金刚石滚轮修整,金刚石滚轮在修整过程中的磨损较小,能够很好的减少在对砂轮进行修整时由于滚轮本身的磨损而引起的误差。整个装置采用了十字交叉滚柱导轨、波纹管弹性联轴器以及角接触球轴承等各种能够保证精度的装置。另外为了更好的提高装置的精度,设计中还使用了高精度光栅尺以及闭环控制系统。高精度光栅尺的准确测量配合闭环控制系统的纠正误差功能,使整个装置对精度的要求有了更好的保证。

Design of precision CNC dressing device
Abstract:With the gradual development of CNC cylindrical grinder machine, thread grinding machine in the field of machinery,use precision CNC dressing device for the timely and effective dressing is very important.Wheel’s surface precision will directly affect the dimensional accuracy, grinding roundness and surface roughness in abrasive machining.This paper introduces the characteristics and developing prospects of form grinding briefly and analyses the importance of maintaining high precision wheel in grinding,indicates the purpose and significance of this topic design.In the design of precision CNC dressing device in order to ensure the high precision trimming,through selecting various equipments that can improve the accuracy,then put them together reasonable and meet the design requirements.
    This design uses the diamond roller dressing, diamond roller wears small in the dressing process, so it can be very good to reduce error caused by itself in the trim.The whole device uses cross roller guide rail, the corrugated tube elastic coupling and angular contact ball bearings and any equipments that can ensure the accuracy.In addition,in order to improve the accuracy of the device,high accuracy grating and closed loop control are used in this design.The accurate measure of high accuracy grating with the function to correct error of closed loop control,make the whole device on the precision requirements with better assurance.
