摘要本课题主要针对Covert摄像仪外壳的热塑性成型模具设计。通过对塑件进行工艺分析和比较,最终设计出成型模具。该课题从热塑件结构工艺性、具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、成型部分结构、推出机构、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核,都作了详细的设计。通过整个设计过程表明,该模具能够达到此制件所需求的加工工艺。根据课题,设计的主要任务是外壳成型模具的设计。针对外壳的具体结构,下盖采用点浇口的双分型面注射模具,上盖采用潜伏式浇口的单分型面模具。根据实际情况和,下盖采用液压抽芯和斜导柱抽芯两种抽芯机构,上盖采用斜导柱抽芯机构,并对这些机构进行了理论计算分析,确保可以实现零件的成型。20216
