摘要汽车曲柄连杆是发动机的核心运动机构,它的研究设计开发对于发动机工作能力的加强具有重要意义。本文根据设计要求给定的参数对小型汽车曲柄连杆机构进行研究设计,具体参数为:缸数:4;缸径:81mm;冲程:77。4 mm;连杆长度:149 mm;缸体高:220 mm;缸心距:88 mm;排量:1。6L;压缩比:9。3;额定功率:74kW;最大扭矩:150Nm;点火顺序:1-3-4-2。

     首先,在运动规律方面对曲柄连杆各个部件(活塞组、连杆组、曲柄)进行研究,并且在受力方面探索其力学规律。85046

     其次,在对其全面透彻认识的前提下,了解其工作情况以及零件的要求,并做出相应的分析,选择适当的材料并且准确计算出各个组件的参数,根据其运作环境对它的抗疲劳的强度和刚性程度作一定的检测,以满足工作要求。

     接者,运用对所设计的零件进行二维制图。

     最后,再运用软件对各个零件进行装配,建立出活塞组、连杆组、曲柄的模型。通过具体的模拟分析,从而可以对小型汽车曲柄连杆机构的研究、选型以及设计优化有所帮助。

Abstract The crank-link mechanism is the engine’s main bearing parts,Its reliability is directly related to the reliability of the engine。Crank connecting rod of the research is of great significance for engine performance and reinforcement。According to the design requirements of the given parameters ,research the design of small cars crank connecting rod mechanism。The specific parameters:The number of cylinders:4;The cylinder diameter:81mm;The stroke 77。4mm;The length of the connecting rod:149mm;Cylinder block is high:220mm;The cylinder pitch:88mm;The displacement:16L;The compression ratio:9。3;The rated power:74kw;The maximum torque:150Nm;The ignition sequence:1-3-4-2。

Secondly,It is based on analysis of kinematics, dynamics of institutions motion to force us have a thorough understanding in an all-round way for crank connecting rod mechanism,and understand its working condition。 And make the corresponding analysis, select the appropriate materials and accurately calculate the inpidual components, design parameters check design structure strength and stiffness。

Moreover, by using the CAD software I will design parts geometric model and set up assembling of the parts using Pro/E software。 the use of Ansys software of finite element analysis was carried out on the connecting rod group and carried on the kinematics analysis and dynamic analysis of the simulation。 Through detailed simulation analysis, to the study of small cars crank connecting rod mechanism, the design optimization of selection and help。
