摘要铜的延展性良好,导热性和导电性高,可以组成很多种合金。铜合金机械性能优 异,电阻率很低,其用途广泛。传统的铜电解工艺是将粗铜(含铜 99%)预先制成厚 板作为阳极,纯铜制成薄片作阴极,以硫酸(H2SO4)和硫酸铜(CuSO4)作为电解液, 进行电解得到电解铜。本课题设计是铜电解工艺的计算和槽型设计,包括:电解槽 的材质与结构,电解槽总数的确定,阳极与阴极的选择与计算,电解槽尺寸的确定, 及绘制电解槽安装图。设计结果表明:阴阳极采用的是紫铜。质量为 6。01kg 的始极 片 , 370kg 的 阳 极 片 , 电 解 槽 内 尺 寸 为 2200*1100*1290mm , 外 尺 寸 为 2400*1300*1390mm 。 阳 极 板 尺 寸 为 1000*960*45mm, 阴 极 板 内 尺 寸 为1020*1000*0。6mm。阳极板数为 20,阴极板数为 19,同极中心距为 100,电流密度 为 260A/m2,槽个数为 830 个。80000t/a 铜电解精炼所需铜阳极数量为 99251。6066t,其中 纯铜量为 98656。097t,阳极泥量为 57。1355377t,残极为 16771。5365t。脱铜槽数为 9 个。84577

ABSTRUCT Copper has good ductility, high thermal conductivity and high conductivity, which can form many kinds of alloy。 Copper alloy has excellent mechanical properties and low electrical resistivity, which is widely used。 The traditional copper electrolysis is the process of the crude copper (copper 99%) prefabricated plate as anode, made from pure copper sheet is used as cathode, with sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and copper sulfate (CuSO4) as the electrolyte, electrolysis to obtain electrolytic copper。 The design of this project is to copper electrolysis process calculation and groove design, including: electrolytic tank of the material and the structure of, determination of the total number of the electrolytic tank, selection and calculation of the cathode and the anode, electrolysis groove size, and drawing electrolytic tank installation diagram。 The results show that the design is used in copper。 Quality for the 6。01kg of the initial pole piece, 370kg anode film, the size of the electrolytic cell for 2200*1100*1290mm, outside the size of 2400*1300*1390mm。 The size of the anode plate is 100*96*45mm, the size of the cathode plate is 1020*1000*0。6mm。 The anode plate number is 20, the cathode plate number is 19, each center distance of 100, the current density is 260A/m2 and the slot number is 830。
