摘要随着互联网的快速建设，以及网民数量逐年大幅增加，互联网早已成为了社会舆情传播的重要载体，目前网络舆情言论主要产生于BBS、微博、微信朋友圈和贴吧。鉴于网络快速性的传播，一旦有不好的言论在网络上扩散开，将会对个人，社会乃至国家造成危害。因此需要完善和加强我国网络舆情的建设工作。82579
本文对目前的社会网络舆情进行分析和研究,并收集敏感词，做出了一个针对新浪微博号的网络舆情监控系统。首先构建该网络舆情监控系统的整体框架，其次对该系统的三个主要组成部分进行分析，最后实现对微博号的舆情监控。

Title Research and realization of the network consensus monitoring
Abstract With the rapid construction of the Internet,as well as the increasing number of the Internet users annually, the Internet has already become an important carrier of public opinion transmission。 The current network opinion emerges mainly out of BBS, Micro-blog, WeChat's Circles and Tieba。 Owing to the rapid transmission of the network, once the bad speech is spread on the Internet, it will be harmful to the inpidual,the society and even the country。 So it's necessary to improve and perfect the construction of our network opinion。
By analyzing the current network opinion and collecting the sensitive terms, I have made a network opinion monitoring system directing at Sina Micro-blog in the essay。 Firstly,constructing the monitoring system of the network opinion; secondly, analyzing the three main components; finally, achieving the purpose of monitoring the accounts of Micro-Blog。
