谷歌公司开发的安卓系统的面世，极大的促进了移动互联网的发展。为了能够提高校园办公管理的水平，结合当前移动互联网的发展，在新的信息技术的基础上，基于Android平台，开发了一个面向老师和学生的校园网App。在该App中，用户不仅可以查看校园的通知公告和各部门的电话以及查询课表和阅读新闻，还可以查看教务信息和逛校园论坛等，为老师和学生的学习以及生活带来了方便。该系统主要由两部分组成，一个是系统的后台管理部分，另一个就是手机客户端，在系统的开发过程中，除了运用了Mysql数据库和PHP技术外，还运用了ANDROID技术，这些开发工具的运用，是系统能够开发成功的前提之一。在该系统中，设置了互动功能，学生和老师之间可以进行信息的交流，因此，它不仅能够有效的提高办公管理的水平，它还是一个很好的互动平台，为学习的日常的教学管理工作带来了极大的方便。
