该系统采用了Java语言，运用MyEclipse开发工具进行开发，后台数据库使用MySQL进行设计，采用较流行的Struts轻量级框架和Heibernate技术，设计实现了基本功能。该系统前台功能包括：排名模块，论坛模块，资源交流模块。后台功能包括：用户管理，学校管理，版块帖子管理，资源管理。本文依次论述了系统的需求，数据库设计，系统实现等方面内容。79647

Abstract: Companies take much account of employees' practical ability。 But,companies also value our education if you want to enter a better business,which causes more and more people choose to attend postgraduate entrance examination to heighten their credentials。 

The system was designed and implemented the basic function with the Java language。 It uses the MyEclipse development tools for development,the MySQL backend database for design。 It also uses the most popular Struts lightweight framework and Heibernate technology。 The system’s functions of front desk include: ranking module, BBS module, resources communication module。 The background functions include: user management, school management, section post management, resource management。 The paper discusses the demand of system,the design of database ,the implementation of system。
