摘要： 随着近年来网络服务的兴起和企业自身的不断发展，企业对于员工工作能力评测的需求日益增加，评测的方式也不断的变化，从基本的绩效考评，再到员工参与各类证书的考试，无一不显示出企业对了解员工工作能力的真实水平，以及希望员工能获得更好的发展的意愿。本课题设计的基于Web的员工在线考评系统，正是基于当前企业的发展需求，促进员工的自身发展，而进行的一次探索。76123
本论文主要介绍了员工考评系统的设计与实现，包括系统分析、概要设计、详细设计，同时还阐述了系统的具体编码实现和对已完成的功能的调试。本系统设计为采用B/S模式进行开发，使用了当下流行的SSH（Spring + SpringMVC + Hibernate）作为服务器端框架，使用jQuery、Bootstrap、Ajax等工具进行前端开发，数据库选用MySQL，开发工具选择Eclipse。本系统设计包括面试答题、员工在线考试、知识分享、专题投票及个人云服务等功能。后台实现权限分配、题库管理、知识审核及试卷的自动批改等功能，从而极大的提高了出题和改卷的效率，节约不必要的成本支出。
