摘要：本论文的研究课题《律师服务网站客服系统的设计与实现》是使用vs2005的开发工具和SQL后台数据库进行开发的，本系统的开发依据任务书的要求经过系统需求分析、系统设计、系统实现与系统测试等过程，实现了系统功能模块的设计与实现。57276
本论文主要说明了研究背景及意义，系统开发环境和使用的语言，需求分析、概要设计、和系统的功能分析。本系统主要有两个模块：用户操作模块和后台管理模块。实现了文件共享、即时对话、论坛提问、知识拓展、事务通知和在线预约等功能。后台管理主要有上传/管理文件，发布/管理通知信息等功能。
本论文重点阐述了律师服务网站在线客服系统的设计方案，详细设计了系统中的各个模块，实现了律师服务网站在线客服系统的基本功能，达到了系统设计的预期目标，提高了律师服务网站客服人员的工作效率。

The design and implementation of lawyer service, customer service system
Abstract:The research subject of this thesis-The lawyer service website customer service system design and implementation which is based on VS2005 development tools and SQL database, the system development according to the requirements of the task book by system requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing etc,completed the system function module design and implementation.
This research mainly illustrates the research background and significance, system development environment and the use of language, demand analysis, general design, and the analysis of the function of the system.This system has two main modules: user operation module and background management module.This system implements the file sharing, instant dialogue, BBS questions, the development of knowledge, and transaction notification and online-booking.Background management has mainly completed the upload/manage files, issued/management information, and other functions.
This paper expounds the design of customer service system, and detailed design of the system management module, realize the basic functions of online customer service system, to achieve the anticipated target of the system design, improve the efficiency of the website personnel of the service.
