摘要：随着科技的不断发展，信息成为推动社会进步的重要因素之一，所以有效的、有针对的信息获取显得必要而又有价值。本系统利用ASP .NET，C#，SQL2008和VS2008等编程语言与工具，实现了以评选投票和问题调查等投票活动为主，留言评论、数据展示为辅，并带有相关前台页面管理、后台数据库管理、统计数据导出、提交申请等功能的电子投票系统。本文对系统的设计与实现进行了论述，首先对该系统的需求进行了分析，紧接着对系统的部分功能及代码、数据库进行了详细介绍并配有相关图片、表格等资料，最后对系统进行测试，提出改进方案。54942

Abstract: As the development of science and technology, information has become one of the most important factors that push the Society forward, so the effective and targeted mentions of getting information is necessary and valuable. This system use ASP .NET,C#,SQL2008 and VS2008 to realize the main functions of vote activities, like survey question and selection.And the secondary functions of data delivery and leaving a message .The system also has necessary functions of onstage pages management, backstage database management, export of data, application, and so on. This article discusses the process of design and realization; First, it analyzes the requirement of system, and then displays the instruction of key functions and its code, database with pictures and tables. Finally, provide the solution to improve the system.
