摘要卧螺离心机是一种广泛应用的高效离心分离设备, 但是目前在工程使用过程中往往出现输送器叶片断裂、分离效果下降等问题,此外,对于卧螺离心机内部粒子的流动状态也不是十分清楚。因此,对螺旋输送器的结构、强度和内部粒子运动的研究有着重要的工程应用价值。  
    本论文在某型卧螺离心机的基础上,设计了一种螺旋输送器结构。充分考虑了假想质量力、Basset力、Saffman力及压力梯度力等多种力的作用,建立了进入旋转流体中的颗粒运动分离的动力学模型,基于龙格-库塔法对颗粒的分离过程进行了仿真分析,获得了粒子直径、流体初始流速、容器旋转速度等参数对粒子分离时间的影响规律。同时,应用有限元软件ANSYS建立了螺旋输送器的三文有限元模型,仿真结果表明,螺旋输送器在正常工况下的强度和刚度均满足要求。7342

Title  Mechanical Design and Dynamic Analysis of A Certain Type of Screw Conveyor                                            
  Abstract
Decanter centrifuge is widely used centrifugal separation equipment. However, there are some problems in the engineering application such as screw blade fracture, low separation efficiency. Moreover, the internal fluid flow of decanter centrifuge is still not very clear. Therefore, research on structure and strength of screw conveyor and flow field in bowl of decanter centrifuge is of considerable industrial application value.  
In the bachelor thesis, a screw conveyor was designed based on a certain type of decanter centrifuge. It's given full consideration to the artifact body force, Basset force, Saffman force and pressure gradient force. And the dynamic model about the separation of a solid particle thrown into the rotating fluid was built. The Runge-Kutta method was applied to calculate the procedure of separation. The result showed that the particle diameter, initial flow rate of fluid, the rotation speed of container have some relationships with the separation time of particle. Meanwhile, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was applied to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of screw conveyor. The analysis result showed that the screw conveyor in the strength and stiffness of the normal operating conditions met the requirements very well.
