摘要：随着时代的发展，手机的使用越来越广泛，不仅仅是生活中。在工作中，手机也是人们交流的常用工具，在手机上完成企业的管理，使得管理更加便捷。本设计主要阐述了如何在android平台进行软件的开发，如何通过APP是的企业的管理更加系统化。本课题基于JAVA平台，采用MVC分层，hibernate数据库，android UI以及管理端的EasyUI完成了web管理端和android客户端的设计。本次课题经过需求分析，数据库设计，框架确认，程序实现，测试，修改等优尔大阶段，完成了企业新闻，通知通告，工作计划，政策制度，文化宣传，通讯录等功能，使得企业内部的管理，消息发布，工作计划安排，员工联系都变的方便快捷。本课题遇到了许多问题，比如权限的设定，对于一个庞大的企业，并不是所有人都愿意对外公布自己的手机号码，或者不同部门的员工也没必要了解。在本设计中将通过权限设定完成。总之，企业管理软件能够有效的进行企业管理，使管理更加系统化。38126

Abstract: With the development of the times, the mobile phone has become a necessity in daily life. In the work, the phone is commonly used tool for people to communicate, to complete the enterprise management on the phone, making the management more convenient.
