摘要：计算机网络的普及度伴随着信息科技的飞速发展越来越高，人们生活中计算机网络的影子随处可见。越来越多的人发现计算机网络的优势并加以利用，使得我们的生活变得更加方便。各种计算机网络系统也如雨后春笋般被应用在方方面面，OA管理系统便是其中之一。93166
OFFICE AUTOMATION的缩写就是OA，就是利用技术来提高工作办公的效率，得以实现办公的自动化处理。大规模的使用复印机等办公器材是OA最初的标志，现阶段的标志变成了以运用网络和计算机为主要手段，来提高企业的办公效率。
本系统为简易OA人员管理系统。采取的是B/S架构，使用JAVA语言书写，数据存储于MYSQL数据库，WEB方面使用JSP页面进行动态展示，实现对于人员的简单管理。管理层可以对于人员进行增删改查操作，员工也可以进行请假或者报销事项，管理层进行审核。
