摘要: 随着日益发展的网络技术、很多的招聘网站涌现，人们更倾向也利用互联网平台进行网罗人才和找合适自己的企业。原有的用人单位和求职者之间联系方式已经不能满足二者之间的需求，大大降低了他们之间沟通交流的效率。为了提高求职者和招聘企业之间交流的有效性和便利性并且降低成本，本项目基于。net技术对网上求职招聘平台进行了相关研究。93106
本项目使用的是c#语言、开发工具为visual studio 2013，进行开发，使用sql server进行后台数据关系的设计，通过前后台数据的交互、后台的增删改查呈现web页面数据的查找，实现招聘求职平台所需功能。该平台功能主要包括:求职者发布简历、关键字筛选职位，用人单位可以发布新的所需职位招聘消息、删除已失效招聘消息，以及二者之间通过发送、接收消息进行沟通，管理员后台发布新闻资讯、对求职者和用人单位相关信息的管理等。
