摘 要：基于Web的客户关系管理系统是使用java编程技术实现的一个轻量级管理软件。本系统通过Tomcat构建了一个轻量级的服务器，以eclipse为开发环境，采用MySQL数据库技术，以spring架构、SpringMVC 为框架开发的客户关系管理应用软件，实现了系统数据管理、客户数据管理、客户服务管理、系统用户管理、营销管理和报表管理等功能。本文首先介绍系统的开发背景和主要技术，给出了系统的需求分析，接着介绍了系统的概要设计与数据库设计，然后给出了系统的功能实现，最后阐述了系统的测试过程。92049

Abstract: Web-based customer relationship management system is use of java programming technology to achieve a lightweight management software。 The system builds a lightweight server through Tomcat, it designed by eclipse, and it use MySQL database technology, it use the spring architecture and SpringMVC as the framework, it realizes many functions，such as the system data management, the customer data management, the customer Service management, system user management, marketing management and report management。 Firstly this paper introduces the development background, main technology of the system and gives the demand analysis of the system, then introduces the system design and database design, and then gives the function of the system, finally elaborates the system testing process。
