摘 要随着网络和信息技术的发展，与计算机有关的行业越来越多。尤其是近年来，随着城镇化的深入，如何有效管理小区业务已然成为一个时髦的话题。因此，本文开发物业管理系统，目的就是提高小区的管理效率和管理水平。86335
该物业管理系统是基于软件开发的基本原则，实现物业管理的功能。该系统采用面向对象的思想，根据以往的学习经验来开发。该系统使用MyEclipse作为集成开发环境（IDE），使用MySQL进行管理数据库。整个系统呈现一种简约的风格，方便用户使用和操作。该系统采用先进的MVC作为设计模式，而JSP就是实现MVC模式的技术，利用JSP技术实现可扩展的、安全性高的住宅物业管理系统。系统主要实现了房主缴费相关信息的查看、车位相关情况的查看和管理、房主提出意见、管理者查看意见内容并做调解、房主报修、管理者查看报修内容并做处理、管理者录入房主的水电用量、费用基准信息维护、房产管理、楼幢管理、与房主有关联的信息的管理、管理者个人资料的维护、修整个人资料、修改登进系统的密码等功能。
