摘要：随着信息需求的快速增长，传统的信息交流模式已经不能满足处理和传输大量信息业务的需求。把网络技术移植到公司的日常管理工作中去的呼声越发强烈，办公网络管理运用程序应运而生，也就是办公自动化管理系统，该系统优点显著：它能够实现自动化管理的需求，提高公司的管理水平；极大的减少信息传送到各部门的时间，确保有效的利用信息，提升企业的核心竞争力。本毕业设计的内容是设计并实现一个基于web的办公系统，系统分为三个功能模块：总经理，部门经理和普通员工模块。系统的开发基础是J2EE，框架采用了struts+spring+Hibernate框架和其它框架。开发工具是MyEclipse，数据库用的是MySQL，开发语言用JAVA，页面采用JSP技术。该系统界面简洁，操作简单。55768

Abstract: With the rapid growth of information needs, the traditional mode of information exchange has been unable to meet the needs of large amounts of information processing and transmission services.
