摘要：进入二十一世纪后，随着中国经济实力的增强，对外贸易扩大，人民币走出国门参与跨境贸易活动与日俱增。但人民币并不属于国际上广泛使用货币，这表明中国国际地位与经济地位的不符。2008年金融危机爆发使得以美元为主的传统国际货币体系显现弊端，改革现有国际货币体系，促使人民币国际化，谋求国际货币体系多元化的呼声日益高涨。我国2009年启动人民币跨境贸易结算试点，至今结算规模发展势头迅速，结算地区扩大。但其发展仍与运行前的预期相差甚远，因此，了解人民币跨境贸易结算，研究其发展现状，分析其发展中结算规模过小、人民币结算在各地发展不均衡、受传统国际货币影响及大宗商品在出口中以人民币为结算的比例低等问题，针对发展中的不利因素，提出推进人民币跨境结算的发展对策。83605

Current Issues in Cross-border RMB Trade Settlement and Countermeasures

Abstract: After entering the 21st century, as China’s economic power grows。  the expansion of external trade, currency out of the country to participate in cross-border trade activities are on the increase。 But it is not a widely used international status and economic status does not match。 2008 financial crisis making dollar-dominate international monetary system showing abuses, reform the current international monetary system and internationalization of the Yuan and seek international monetary system in a wide rang of the growing optimization。 Out 2009 launched the cross-border RMB trade settlement pilot, has settle scale rapid development momentum, clearing the area。 But the development and expected far before running, so understanding cross-border RMB trade settlement to study its development, adverse factors in the development and the countermeasure on the development of cross-border RMB trade settlement。

当前人民币跨境贸易结算的问题及对策研究

前言

人民币跨境贸易结算为人民币国际化的第一步，关系着外贸企业的生存发展，而且也与我国经济实力的发展密切相关。2009年启动人民币跨境贸易结算试点后，人民币离岸中心快速发展，人民币成为全球第四大支付货币。然而，目前人民币跨境贸易结算存在结算区域过于集中，人民币流通结构不合理等问题。本文从人民币跨境贸易结算的现状出发，有针对性的根据人民币结算发展过程中出现的问题进行分析，为人民币跨境贸易结算发展提出建议。 当前人民币跨境贸易结算问题及对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_98674.html
