摘要：随着经济全球化的进程，中国已经进入一个新的纪元。在国营经济和外资经济的发展下，中国的民营经济也取得了飞速的发展。尤其是民营外贸企业在最近的几年发展迅速。而中国民营外贸企业作为中国国民经济重要的一部份却仍然还有很多问题存在。为了未来的可持续发展，解决民营外贸企业中的不足是一个亟需解决的问题。现如今，中国民营企业的观念依然很落后，例如缺少中介服务系统，科技创新，有效的组织和其他一系列资金上的问题。企业自身内部也有许多严重的问题，例如内部沟通等，因此我们应该需找解决这些问题的办法。本文将通过数据及实例对中国民营外贸企业中存在的问题作出分析并制订相应的解决对策。34059

The problems and countermeasures of private international trade enterprises in China
Abstract: As economic globalization proceeds,China has stepped into a new generation.With the rapid development of state-owned economy and foreign investment,the private economy has been developed as well.especially private international trade enterprises has gained a excellent development.Private economy as a important part of china’s economic sectors,there are still many problems in this sector.For sustainable development in the future,overcoming the disadvantages of private enterprises is a emergency problem to consider.The concept of china’s private enterprises is still lag behind relatively at present,such as lacking of intermediary service system,technological innovation,effective organization and other financial difficulties.There are also some serious problems deep inside the enterprise itself such as internal communication and therefore we should find some countermeasures to solve the problems.we will discuss the problems in China private international trade enterprises and formulate corresponding solutions.
