摘要：发展新能源产业具有着诸多方面的积极作用和意义。在当下，我国新能源产业积极的展开了国际贸易且取得了相当的成绩。参与国际贸易给我国新能源产业的发展带来了提升我国新能源产业发展质量、不断完善我国新能源的国际商贸运作环境等积极影响；与此同时带来新能源市场竞争、分流我国新能源投资、压制了我国新能源产业的发展等消极的影响。分析看来，我国新能源产业发展中尚存在着国内新能源发展不平衡、新能源产业缺乏规划引导、国内新能源企业国际竞争力不强、价格过低，导致贸易摩擦频繁等问题。我国新能源产业要进一步发展，就应当从平衡国内的新能源产业发展、加强政府对新能源产业的引导、鼓励新能源企业积极创新、积极参与国际贸易等方面入手，才能切实的在国际贸易的背景中取得进一步的发展。83483
