摘要地方政府债务资金在推动地方经济发展上发挥着重要的作用，但就地方政府债务对区域经济发展的具体影响而言，目前国内外学者仍然没能得到一致的意见，在学术界中存在的三种观点，即举债有利于经济发展、举债不利于经济发展、举债对经济发展具有不确定性的影响，三方争论不休。本文以我国目前地方政府债务的现状为背景，运用理论模型结合实证分析的方法分析我国目前的地方政府负债情况对区域经济的影响，发现政府负债会在区域的投资以及消费等方面产生作用，并就地方财政目前的债务风险问题提出了一些可行的建议。83064
