摘要鉴于小企业在促进就业和科技进步等方面的作用，论文以中小板上市公司JDKJ为例，分析小企业成长各个过程中的特点以及可能面临的困难。在案例分析基础上论文认为，作为拥有更多资源的金融机构，在小企业发展的不同阶段宜针对企业所需提供融资支持、咨询顾问、扩展其合作伙伴等多种服务。在依据国家政策促进小企业成长的同时，金融机构可同时获得发展自身业务的机会，建立小企业融资与服务的多种解决方案，实现共同发展。9800

Title     Analysis of Small Enterprises' Demand for Financial Services in Their Growth Process                                       
                   -- based on the example  of JDKJ                                
Abstract
 Considering the role of small enterprises in contributing to employment and technology，this paper take a listed company JDKJ in SMSE stock market as an example to analyze the characteristics and potential difficulties qs of small enterprises in their various development stages.     The thesis based on the case studies indicates that financial institutions who have more resources ought to provide small enterprises with  a wide range of services  such as financial support, consultation and expanding their partners.    When boosting growth of small enterprises according to national policies, financial institutions also get an opportunity to develop their own business. Financial institutions establish a variety of solutions to small enterprises' financial problems, which is bound to achieve their common development.
