摘要：由于全球经济的飞速发展，国际贸易市场的逐渐增大，环境污染问题渐渐出现。为了保护环境，各国出台一些禁止部分产品进口的标准政策，所谓绿色贸易壁垒就是指这些制定的标准和规定。此外，关税和传统非关税壁垒由于经济全球化而受到越来越多的，在环境污染与贸易发展的双重矛盾下，绿色贸易壁垒走入了贸易保护者的视线，成为了他们保护本国利益的新武器。
我国是一个贸易大国，对外贸易受绿色贸易壁垒的影响很大，随着壁垒的不断扩张，我国多个对外贸易出口受到波及。因此，为改善我国对外贸易的市场形势，深入研究绿色贸易壁垒，挖掘其阻碍我国对外贸易发展的原因，为绿色贸易壁垒的合理构建提供参考依据，对我国对外贸易的健康发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。71244

Green Barriers Trade and its Influences on China’s Foreign Trade
Abstract: With the rapid development of the global economy and the gradual increase of the international trade market, the problem of environmental pollution is gradually emerging. In order to protect the environment, countries have introduced some standards to prohibit the import of some products. The so-called "green trade barrier" refers to the standards and regulations laid down by these countries. In addition, in the economic globalization and trade liberalization tide, tariffs and other non-tariff barriers are more and more restrictions, in the dual contradiction between pollution and development of trade, green trade barriers to trade protection has become a new weapon sight, protecting their interests.
China is a big trading country, and foreign trade is greatly affected by green trade barriers. As the barrier continues to expand, many foreign trade exports have been affected. Therefore, in order to improve China's foreign trade market situation, in-depth study of the green trade barriers, mining reasons hinder China's development of foreign trade, reasonable construction of the green trade barriers to provide reference, which has important theoretical and practical significance for the healthy development of China's foreign trade.
