摘要随着现代经济的高速发展，在经济全球化的大背景下，目前银行业的发展对经济、社会所产生的影响与以往任何时期相比都要巨大。在经济全球化的世界中，银行国际化发展是世界银行业发展的大趋势。在我国逐步开放金融市场的经济背景下，深入研究我国银行如何走上国际化道路并实现国家化经营发展，是有很重要的理论和现实意义的。我国银行国际化发展对我国的经济发展以及文护国家金融安全问题有重要意义，而且我国银行国际化发展可以促进提升市场竞争力,并对满足国内外跨国公司的金融需求提供了有利条件。本文先从银行国际化发展的理论入手，在总结我国银行国际化发展现状以及分析所存在问题的基础上，另外借鉴一些发达国家银行国际化发展的成功经验，从而有针对性的提出对我国银行国际化发展的建议和发展策略。25356

Abstract
