摘要本文首先介绍研究背景和研究意义，再总结国内外的研究概况；其次，通过对欠发达地区和重大交通设施建设的研究，以睢宁县高铁的建设为例，通过分析睢宁高铁及沿线城市的可达性，探究睢宁高铁的建设对睢宁以及对淮海经济区发展的影响，从而进一步揭示重大交通设施建设对睢宁地区及周围地区在经济发展、城市空间结构和产业布局、居民生活水平等方面的的影响。从睢宁高铁建设的案例中可以得出，重大交通设施建设对欠发达地区的发展有很大的促进作用，所以加大重大交通设施建设投入力度对欠发达地区的发展意义重大。71136

Research On the Impact of Major Transportation Facilities Construction On the Development of Underdeveloped Areas -- A Case Study of High Speed Railway in Suining County
Abstract First, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research, including the practical and theoretical significance, and then summarizes the general situation of the research at home and abroad, and secondly, by the study of underdeveloped areas and major traffic infrastructure construction, we take the high-speed rail construction in Suining County as an example, analyzing the accessibility of Suining high-speed rail along the city, to explore the influences of Suining high-speed railway construction on the development of Suining and Huaihai Economic Zone. Base on this, we can reveal the effects of major transportation facilities on Suining area and the surrounding areas in terms of economic development, urban spatial structure, industrial layout and the living standards of residents and so on. It can be concluded from the study of Suining high speed rail construction that major transportation infrastructure improves the development of underdeveloped regions greatly. And it is of importance to increase the investment of major transportation infrastructure construction of underdeveloped areas.
