摘要： 在现代经济生活中，从国民经济增长的角度看，消费的变动将带动国民经济的增长，消费信贷是推动消费增长的重要方式。个人汽车消费贷款是促进我国汽车产业健康发展乃至我国国民经济快速发展的重要手段。我国个人汽车消费贷款有其发展的必要性和可能性。一家商业银行汽车金融中心的负责人说，“近期，作为银行的第二大零售业务——汽车贷款业务的上升态势已然超过住房按揭贷款，这个新利润增长点，使得银行与众多车企，纷纷推出信贷产品。银行不会加大车贷难度！”
本论文就我国个人汽车消费贷款中存在的问题及影响其发展的原因进行探讨，通过分析个人汽车消费贷款发展的现状及存在的问题，发现影响其发展的因素，借鉴相关的成功经验，根据实际情况提出一些建议。文章以上海市个人汽车消费信贷为研究对象，主要采用规范和实证分析相结合的研究方法。9113

Abstract:In the modern economic life,from the perspective of the national economic growth,consumption will drive the growth of the national economy,the change of consumption credit is an important way to promote the growth of consumption.Personal auto loan is the most important way to promote the development of automobile industry of our country and the national economy.The development of personl auto loan in our country is necessity and possibility.A person from commercial bank auto financial center said "recently,as the second largest retail business in bank’s rise—the auto loan business has more than housing mortgage loan,in according to this new profit growth point,many banks and car companies have introduced the credit product.The bank will not increase the difficult!”
s dissertation has discussed the problem and the effects of its development of personal auto loan in Chain,through the analysis of the development of personal automobile consumption loan and the existing peoblems,find the factors that affecting its develop,learn from the successful experence,proposed some suggestions according to the actual situation.The personal autombile consumption loan in Shanghai city as the research object,mainly adopts the research methods of nromative analysis and empirical combination.
