摘要全球气候变化的威胁、国际金融危机的冲击、经济快速发展的资源环境约束带来的一系列问题，使得转变经济发展方式刻不容缓，而低碳经济、低碳文明是应对气候变化、实现经济社会可持续发展的有效途径。低碳金融是促进低碳经济发展的重要机制，而银行业作为我国金融体系的主力军应把握机遇，顺应国际国内经济发展需求，勇于创新，积极发展低碳金融，推动我国低碳经济转型的同时为自身开辟新的盈利机会。64257
本文运用理论与实证研究相结合的方法，在详细分析了我国商业银行发展低碳金融的机遇、挑战、优势和劣势后，对我国银行低碳金融发展策略提出一些具体建议。

Abstract
A series of problems caused by the threat of global climate change,impact of the international financial crisis,resources and environment constraints of rapid economic development make the transformation of economic development mode urgent.Low carbon economy and low carbon civilization is an effective way to respond to climate change and realize economic and social sustainable development. Banks as the mainstay of China's financial system should grasp the opportunity,comply with international and domestic economic development needs,develop low carbon financial innovatively and actively,which not only promote China's low
carbon economic transformation but also open up new profit space for banks.
