摘要在经济全球化的当今世界，区域贸易集团蓬勃发展，全球贸易大多集中在各区域集团内部。特别是在当前WTO多哈回合谈判停滞不前的情况下，自贸区协定极大地促进了多双边贸易和投资的发展。自贸区的原产地规则给予原产于缔约方的货物关税优惠。目前我国已经签订协定的自由贸易区有10个，正在研究与谈判的自由贸易区分别是2个和6个。我国的货物原产地制度起步较晚，自贸区协定中的原产地规则问题亟待解决，因此，研究与分析各自贸区协定原产地规则的完善问题对我国出口企业享受这种优惠至关重要。本文从介绍原产地认定标准出发，结合我国自贸区原产地制度的现状，通过查阅文献，在信息加工与综合的基础上，指出我国自贸区原产地规则存在的问题，并对我国在以后发展完善自贸区原产地规则时应注意的问题提出建议。61158

Title  An Analysis of Rules of Origin Improvement under　 China’s Free Trade Area Strategy                     

Abstract In the world of economic globalization, regional trade blocs booming

Up. Global trades are mostly concentrated within the regional groups. Especially when the current WTO Doha Round negotiations stalled, Free Trade Agreement greatly promotes the development of bilateral trade and investment. Rules of origin of FTA offers goods originating in the parties tariff concessions. By so far, China has signed ten Free Trade Agreements, with two under research and six in negotiations. As its system of goods of origin step up late, the rules of origin issue in FTA is to be resolved, therefore, to gain the benefits, research and analysis of the improvement of rules of origin in FTA is crucial. The text begins with the introduction of origin identified standards, combine the status of China's FTA origin system, on the basis of information processing, point out exist problem of rules of origin in China's FTA, and come up with some recommendations to the development of FTA rules of origin.
