摘 要：改革开放以来,国际资本流入不断扩大,我国经济实现了快速发展。上海作为长江三角洲地区，对外开放较早，且对外资的吸引较大，外资对经济增长起到了一定的促进作用。依据上海1987年到2012年的FDI和GDP数据，经过平稳性检验、协整检验以及格兰杰因果关系检验之后，研究认为，外商直接投资是经济增长的不可忽视的因素，二者保持长期均衡关系，但并不互为因果关系。二者关系的研究为中国外商直接投资提供经济意义的启示和支持。本文采用计量经济学的研究方法，运用大量统计数据，通过Eviews6.0运用计量经济学验证增加说服力。59814

 Abstract：Since the reform and opening up, with the international capital inflows expanding, China’s economy has developed rapidly. As the core of the cities in the Yangtze River Delta region ,the opening of Shanghai is earlier, and more attractive to foreign investors, foreign investment play a role in promoting the economic growth in Shanghai. According to the FDI and GDP data in 1993 to 2012 of Shanghai, through stationary test, co-integration test and Granger causality test ,the study manifests that, Foreign Direct Investment is a factor that cannot be ignored for economic growth, the two maintain each other in the long term, but the relation is not reciprocal causation. The research on the relationship between the two provides the Chinese Foreign Direct Investment with the inspiration and support. This paper focuses on the econometric methods, using a lot of statistical data to increase the persuasion through the use of  Eviews6.0

1  引言

当今世界，外商直接投资对于推动经济全球化起着不可忽略的作用，吸收和利用外商直接投资的相关策略也逐渐成为发展中国家经济发展的重要内容。吸收和利用外资一直是我国经济发展中的及其重要的问题。改革开放以来，我国逐渐加强了对引进外商直接投资的重视程度，积极参与经济全球化，全方位对外开放，并制定了相应的引进外资的策略方案。随着经济全球化和资本跨国流动速度的加快，我国吸收和利用外商直接投资的进程与我国改革开放保持一致。20世纪90年代以来，我国吸收外商直接投资得到了快速的发展，外商直接投资的作用也不断增强，我国成为吸引外资最多的发展中国家。
