【摘要】 随着跨国公司在我国的快速发展，以跨国公司为载体的技术转移对我国的影响也变得日益重要。那么中国作为技术转移的引进方，应该采取怎么样的措施，才能使得我国在技术引进的过程中最大限度的会的相应利益，同时又要采取什么样的措施避免在这一过程中所可能发生的问题就成为了越来越重要的课题。本论文将在简要解析技术转移相应概念的基础上了，结合上海大众汽车公司的实例解读，细致分析阻碍跨国公司技术转让的因素，并最终提出解决这些问题的方案和措施。21002

The countermeasures and trends of multinational technology transfers to china
[Abstract] With the rapid development of multinational companies in our country , As the carrier with multinational technology transfer impact on China has become increasingly important. Then the Chinese side as the introduction of technology transfer , how kind of measures should be taken to make our country in the process of introduction of technology to maximize the benefits would be appropriate , but what kind of measures have to be taken to avoid that may occur in this process the problem becomes more and more important issue. This paper will briefly shift in the concept of analytical techniques on the basis of appropriate , with examples Shanghai Volkswagen 's interpretation, a detailed analysis of the factors that hinder multinational technology transfer , and ultimately propose programs and measures to solve these problems.
